Community Outreach - Doug Arnold, Chair
The committee is charged with developing volunteer opportunities/programs to reinforce LTA`s tagline of "Leaders in Action," by creating the LTA connection with the community. This committee secures volunteers to work on special projects/efforts during the year which will include the committee selecting possibly one organization every three months. By selecting an organization every three months, the committee hopes to minimize any expectations on LTA being committed to only one organization, etc.

Parke Wright III Award - Andrew Cohen, Chair

This committee meets about 4-5 times a year with two to three meetings September through November of the selection year. The award is presented at Leadership Tampa Alumni`s Annual Meeting in January. The award recognizes an LTA member`s contribution of demonstrated leadership that made a difference in the Tampa community.
Philanthropy in Action - Sara Mickelson, Chair
PIA’s mission is to inspire philanthropy among area leaders and corporations, enhance the community's culture of giving and impact on the lives of Tampa Bay's most deserving citizens through providing grants to worthy nonprofits. In addition, PIA’s responsibility is to develop an annual giving plan to ensure the continuation of the LTA Philanthropy in Action Legacy.
Programs - Cheryl Hamilton and Randi Whiddon, Co-Chairs
The committee is responsible for planning and presenting social/business-focused LTA events. Efforts include developing and preparing arrangements, logistics, menus, speakers and invitations to such events. The committee presents to the LTA membership a minimum of 8 events per year.
Sponsorship - John Wakefield, Chair
Review and implement an annual program that gives members and non-members the ability to sponsor LTA events, the LTA monthly newsletters, the LTA directory and any other LTA efforts.
