LTA Luncheon with Mayor Bob Buckhorn 5-24-2012

Leadership Tampa Alumni enjoyed another event with record attendance on Thursday May 24^th at the University Club at our annual LTA Mayor’s Address sponsored by Tampa Steel. Mayor Buckhorn offered an overview of the state of the city with a focus on the positive impact of the upcoming RNC and his uncompromising commitment to safety of our great city during the biggest event Tampa may ever host in our lifetime. Thank you to Grow Financial for the creative take-a-way, and with the generosity of our LTA members, we were able to raise over $1000 for Goodwill Industries-Suncoast, to support their efforts to provide GED preparation, testing and job training to people in our community facing major barriers to becoming employed and responsible citizens.
